Privacy Policy
This privacy policy describes how grandcanyonskywalktours.com ("we", "us", "the site") handles information when you visit. The site is a small, independent editorial guide and GetYourGuide affiliate — we do not sell tours directly, do not run a user account system, and do not collect names, addresses, or payment details.
1. What we collect
The site is intentionally minimal. Standard data captured by any web server is the only personal data we receive:
- Server logs: your IP address, the URL you requested, your browser's user-agent string, the referring URL, and the timestamp. These logs are kept for up to 30 days for traffic analysis and security (blocking abuse) and are then deleted.
- No cookies are set by our own domain. We do not run Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any first-party tracker.
2. Third-party services
Two third-party services load on the site and may set their own cookies in your browser:
- GetYourGuide — the availability widget on the featured tour card and the partner-analytics script load directly from getyourguide.com. They may set cookies under their own domain to enable booking and attribute referrals to us. See GetYourGuide's privacy policy.
- Google Fonts — Inter and Outfit are loaded from fonts.googleapis.com. Google may log your IP when you request the fonts. See Google's privacy policy.
If you click an affiliate link and proceed to GetYourGuide, your interaction there is governed by GetYourGuide's terms.
3. Your rights under GDPR / CCPA
If you live in the European Union, the United Kingdom, California, or another jurisdiction with similar privacy laws, you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you, and to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. Because the only personal data we hold are short-lived server logs that we cannot reliably tie to an individual, deletion requests are typically resolved by waiting for the 30-day log rotation.
4. Children
The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
